Most of time, we have one hour approach with skies and boots on the backpack
Itinerary
Meeting with the Guide at 8:00. After one hour-drive we put the back pack on and we hike for 1 hour until we find snow. We put the skins on and hike for 1 more hour until we reach the base of the main bowl. There we can decide where to go according to snow conditions & fitness. We can do as many descent as our legs allow us to do so. 1300 meters from the car to the summit.
This ascent can be all year long. From June until November (depending of snow quantity) with skies, the rest of the year on foot with crampons and/or snowshoes.
